    Frequently asked questions

How can I adopt an animal?

Visit during our open hours to meet the animals available for adoption. Our team will walk you through the process, which includes an application, a short interview, and a home visit when needed.

    Do you accept animal surrenders?

Life changes, and we understand. Please contact us to discuss your situation — we work with families to find solutions and, when necessary, provide a safe haven for animals that need rehoming.

What donations do you need most?

We always need pet food, blankets, and medical and cleaning supplies. Financial gifts are just as vital — they fund veterinary care and keep our facilities running. See the Programs page for current needs.
